Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your use of the Vialogy site, all purchases placed with Vialogy, and the research-use-only restrictions that apply to every listed product.
Important notice
All products are sold exclusively for research use only, and all orders are final. Orders may be reviewed, limited, delayed, or refused if buyer qualifications or intended use do not comply with these terms. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are available after submission unless required by law or expressly approved by Vialogy.
Research use only
All products and product information provided by Vialogy are offered solely for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research use. They are not medicines or drugs and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Products are not for human or animal use or consumption and are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, food, drug, medical-device, cosmetic, commercial, or recreational purposes. Vialogy does not represent that any product has been sterilized or tested for safety or efficacy for any prohibited use.
Customers are responsible for evaluating handling hazards, completing any additional research required for lawful use, and determining whether any product is permitted for the intended research application under all applicable rules and restrictions.
Eligibility and buyer representations
You must be at least 21 years old to place an order. Products may be purchased and handled only by qualified, properly trained research or laboratory professionals.
By ordering, you represent that you understand the applicable laws, regulations, industrial hygiene practices, safety risks, storage requirements, and handling controls associated with the products you purchase, and that the purchase supports legitimate research activity through a laboratory, institution, university, company, or other research-based setting.
- Qualified laboratory or research personnel only.
- Purchaser must understand handling risks, industrial hygiene controls, and exposure rules.
- Vialogy may request verification, limit quantities, delay fulfillment, or refuse sales tied to non-research intent or unverified buyer information.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Vialogy may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information, pricing, or availability without notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are effective when an order is accepted.
Customers are responsible for understanding the requirements of their own region before purchasing, including VAT, import taxes, import certifications, licenses, registrations, and any other compliance obligations.
Credit terms remain in Vialogy’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise stated in writing, payment must be received before an order is accepted.
Order finality and returns
Due to the nature of these products, all orders are final once submitted. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are available after submission unless required by law or expressly approved by Vialogy.
Orders remain subject to research-use-only restrictions, buyer qualification review, and any refusal of sale that Vialogy determines is necessary to comply with these terms or applicable law. If communications or conduct suggest intended misuse, Vialogy may refuse the sale, suspend or terminate the account, and take additional enforcement steps consistent with these terms.
Product use and restrictions
No product purchased from Vialogy should be considered a food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic unless expressly stated otherwise. Under no circumstances should any material be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, or recreational purposes, or for human consumption of any kind.
The purchaser expressly represents and warrants that any product purchased from Vialogy, and any material produced with it, will be tested, handled, used, manufactured, and marketed in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations and will not be adulterated or misbranded. Vialogy assumes that customers placing orders already understand the products being purchased and does not provide instructions or recommendations for prohibited use.
Liability, indemnity, and warranty limitations
The site, services, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vialogy disclaims warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Vialogy harmless from claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from the purchaser’s handling, possession, or use of products, whether used alone or in combination with any substance.
Aggregate liability arising from use of the site or products is limited to the purchase price paid in the applicable transaction, and consequential, incidental, special, indirect, and punitive damages are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
